Trinity Episcopal Church is a spiritually vibrant and growing historic parish located in the heart of Folsom's Historic District.

With a legacy spanning over a century and a half, Trinity Folsom is committed to preserving liturgical tradition while embracing a progressive theological stance, fostering social inclusivity, and engaging in expansive community outreach.

We believe that a rich, Christ-centered faith nurtures, welcomes, and affirms everyone, regardless of background, culture, family structure, or personal identity.

We continually strive to embody a deep commitment to loving and serving God and our neighbors.

Whatever you do or don’t believe, you are welcome at Trinity Church. We are a safe and respectful community, and we will support you on your personal faith journey.

God Is Love

We believe God is love, God loves us, and God wants us to love. Every Sunday we start our service with Jesus’ teaching known as “the Summary of the Law” (Matthew 22:37-40):

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.”

We believe that faithful living means coming to a deeper understanding of God, embracing these two commandments, and living our lives according to them.
